With the isolation by coronavirus it is possible that it increases the gender violence

The Secretariat for Women and UN Women warned that violence against women and children may increase during isolation at home. What to do if you are locked up with your abuser?

On Thursday began in Bogotá the first preventive isolation simulation to prevent the spread of the coronavirus to continue. According to Mayor Claudia López, everyone should stay home from midnight until Tuesday, with few exceptions, El Espectador reported.

According to Legal Medicine, 14,145 Colombians who are at risk of dying at the hands of their partner or ex-partner, and if they live with those people, they will have to spend these days in quarantine together.
