Colombia pop star Shakira on Thurday released the video of “I Can’t Remember to Forget You,” a duet with Barbados-born singer Rihanna.
In the sensual video, the 36-year old Colombian and the 25-year old Barbadian stripped down to skimpy outfits and lingerie while smoking cigars.
According to US weekly TIME, the video displays “some of the most dramatic hair flips this side of a Beyoncé concert” and proves “that Shakira still has the world’s most pliable (and honest!) hips.”
However, the magazine said the video was “short on narrative,” adding that this was compensated as “there are enough glamour shots of the two songbirds to make for an unforgettable (ahem) watch.”
British newspaper The Daily Mail said those “eagerly awaiting a saucy video were not disappointed.”
Shakira’s self-titled album is due to be released on March 25. The single was released on iTunes earlier this month.
