COLOMBIA NEWS – Mobile operator Movistar has launched per-second billing plans for prepaid subscribers, Portafolio reports.
Movistar Colombia said that each second will have a cost of COP 4.8
The operator is fully owned by Spanish telecoms operator Telefonica.
Rival operators Claro, Tigo and MVNOs Virgin Mobile and Uff already offer per-second billing plans. The operator had nearly 12.3 million mobile subscribers by the end of the second quarter of the year.
