COLOMBIA NEWS – The inquisitor’s sign says ‘Liberty is sin.’ Where’s the procurador right now? All of the comparsas in the birthday parade for Bogotá were colorful. But this one, sending up the Spanish Inquisition, was my favorite, for its opinionatedness and polemicity.
