FARC in Colombia: we remain faithfully committed to peace

The FARC today reaffirmed its commitment to peace in Colombia, while insisting on the need to implement the Peace Agreement signed in 2016 by the State and the former guerrilla group FARC-EP.

The government of President Ivan Duque must insist on implementing the Peace Agreement, which includes the protection of peace signatories and social leaders, said the FARC party in a context where violence against former guerrillas in the process of returning to civilian life, social leaders and indigenous people persists, reports Prensa Latina.
