More than 16 million Colombians criticized free medical services to the population, in a formal consultation in which 40 percent reported the lousy job of Health Promoting Companies (EPS).
According to an overwhelming majority, these companies cause continual damage to users, rather than assist them, while 30 percent still demand services that were never offered.

Speaking to the press, Carlos Fernandez President of the Colombian Association of Scientific Societies (ASC), informed that late delivery of drugs is among the most common complaints, as well as incomplete formulas, appointments that are not met on schedule and a deplorable attention.
